Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation and me personally, I welcome the organisers and participants of the Municipal Housing Complex of Russia International Exhibition!

Issues associated with upgrade of engineering networks and improvements of municipal housing services standards are both hot and essential for Russian citizens. At the moment, municipal housing facilities are undergoing dynamic reconstruction as part of various programs and mechanisms in all regions of the Russian Federation. Our key objective is to improve the quality of the services offered to people living in Russia and to create all the conditions necessary for Russians to live a comfortable life.

So far, we have been keeping the best practices in place and introducing new innovative solutions that can help with meeting the goals desired.

Every year, the Municipal Housing Complex of Russia Exhibition showcases achievements in the area of construction and municipal housing economy. Such a demonstration helps communication between the business community and the state get on the right track, attract qualified specialists to the municipal housing sector. Moreover, the Exhibition is also the place to discuss the current challenges and found possible solutions.
